TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking
All bookings are made directly with the owner and confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies. The cottage accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. By making a booking, guests confirm that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Payment
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is due on arrival and can be paid by cash or credit card. All prices are in euros and include all standard amenities. The local tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is included in the price.
Cancellation
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival: an administration fee of €45 will be charged and the remainder of the deposit refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: the full booking amount will be charged.
- In the event of a no show or a reduction in the length of stay after arrival, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
Check in and check out
Check in is between 15:00 and 20:00.
Check out is before 11:00. If you require a different arrangement please contact us in advance.
House rules
- No pets
- No smoking inside the cottage
- Adults only
- No parties or group gatherings
- The cottage is reserved exclusively for the guests named in the booking. Inviting additional visitors to stay overnight is not permitted.
- Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Keys
One set of keys will be provided on arrival. In the event of loss, a charge of €150 will be made to cover the cost of replacing the locks.
Damages
Guests are kindly asked to report any damage or breakage during their stay. The cost of any damages will be charged to the guest and may be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Liability
The owner accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay, including but not limited to vehicles, bicycles and other personal property.

What we collect
When you contact us or make a booking, we collect your name, email address and any information you choose to share.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to manage your booking and communicate with you. It is never shared with third parties.
Your rights

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES
Réservation
Toutes les réservations sont effectuées directement auprès du propriétaire et confirmées à la réception de l'acompte. Un séjour minimum de 2 nuits est requis. Le gîte accueille au maximum 2 adultes. En effectuant une réservation, les clients confirment avoir lu et accepté les présentes conditions générales.
Paiement
Un acompte de 50% est dû au moment de la réservation pour confirmer votre séjour. Le solde de 50% est à régler à l'arrivée, par espèces ou par carte bancaire. Tous les prix sont en euros et incluent toutes les prestations standard. La taxe de séjour est incluse dans le prix.
Annulation
- Annulation 30 jours ou plus avant l'arrivée : des frais administratifs de 45 € seront retenus et le reste de l'acompte remboursé.
- Annulation moins de 30 jours avant l'arrivée : 50% du montant total de la réservation sera retenu.
- Annulation moins de 14 jours avant l'arrivée : le montant total de la réservation sera retenu.
- En cas de non-présentation ou de réduction du séjour après l'arrivée, le montant total de la réservation sera retenu.
Arrivée et départ
L'arrivée est prévue entre 15h00 et 20h00. Le départ doit avoir lieu avant 11h00. Si vous avez besoin d'un arrangement différent, veuillez nous contacter à l'avance.
Règlement intérieur
- Animaux non acceptés
- Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur du gîte
- Adultes uniquement
- Fêtes et rassemblements de groupe non autorisés
- Le gîte est réservé exclusivement aux personnes mentionnées dans la réservation. Il n'est pas permis d'inviter des visiteurs supplémentaires à passer la nuit.
- Les clients sont responsables de laisser le logement propre et en ordre.
Clés
Un jeu de clés sera remis à l'arrivée. En cas de perte, des frais de 150 € seront facturés pour couvrir le remplacement des serrures.
Dommages
Les clients sont priés de signaler tout dommage ou casse survenant pendant leur séjour. Le coût des dommages sera facturé au client et pourra être débité sur la carte bancaire fournie au moment de la réservation.
Responsabilité
Le propriétaire décline toute responsabilité en cas de blessure, perte ou dommage aux effets personnels durant le séjour, y compris mais sans s'y limiter, les véhicules, vélos et autres biens personnels.

Ce que nous collectons
Lorsque vous nous contactez ou effectuez une réservation, nous collectons votre nom, votre adresse e-mail et toute information que vous choisissez de partager.
Comment nous l'utilisons
Vos informations sont utilisées uniquement pour gérer votre réservation et communiquer avec vous. Elles ne sont jamais partagées avec des tiers.
Vos droits

ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN
Boeking
Alle boekingen worden rechtstreeks bij de eigenaar gemaakt en bevestigd na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Een minimaal verblijf van 2 nachten is vereist. Het vakantiehuisje biedt plaats aan maximaal 2 volwassenen. Door een boeking te maken, bevestigen gasten dat zij deze algemene voorwaarden hebben gelezen en ermee akkoord gaan.
Betaling
Een aanbetaling van 50% is verschuldigd op het moment van boeking om je verblijf te bevestigen. Het resterende bedrag van 50% dient bij aankomst te worden voldaan, contant of met creditcard. Alle prijzen zijn in euro's en inclusief alle standaard voorzieningen. De lokale toeristenbelasting (taxe de séjour) is inbegrepen in de prijs.
Annulering
- Annulering 30 dagen of meer voor aankomst: er worden administratiekosten van €45 in rekening gebracht en de rest van de aanbetaling wordt teruggestort.
- Annulering minder dan 30 dagen voor aankomst: 50% van het totale boekingsbedrag wordt in rekening gebracht.
- Annulering minder dan 14 dagen voor aankomst: het volledige boekingsbedrag wordt in rekening gebracht.
- Bij een no-show of verkorting van het verblijf na aankomst wordt het volledige boekingsbedrag in rekening gebracht.
Aankomst en vertrek
Aankomst is tussen 15:00 en 20:00 uur. Vertrek is voor 11:00 uur. Als je een andere regeling nodig hebt, neem dan van tevoren contact met ons op.
Huisregels
- Geen huisdieren
- Roken binnen het vakantiehuisje is niet toegestaan
- Alleen volwassenen
- Feesten en groepsbijeenkomsten zijn niet toegestaan
- Het vakantiehuisje is uitsluitend gereserveerd voor de gasten die in de boeking zijn vermeld. Het is niet toegestaan extra bezoekers uit te nodigen om te overnachten.
- Gasten zijn verantwoordelijk voor het achterlaten van de accommodatie in schone en nette staat.
Sleutels
Bij aankomst wordt één set sleutels overhandigd. Bij verlies worden kosten van €150 in rekening gebracht voor het vervangen van de sloten.
Schade
Gasten worden vriendelijk verzocht eventuele schade of breuk tijdens hun verblijf te melden. De kosten van eventuele schade worden aan de gast doorberekend en kunnen worden afgeschreven van de creditcard die bij de boeking is opgegeven.
Aansprakelijkheid
De eigenaar aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid voor persoonlijk letsel, verlies of schade aan persoonlijke eigendommen tijdens het verblijf, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot voertuigen, fietsen en andere persoonlijke bezittingen.

Wat we verzamelen
Wanneer je contact met ons opneemt of een boeking maakt, verzamelen we je naam, e-mailadres en alle informatie die je zelf deelt.
Hoe we het gebruiken
Je gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor het beheren van je boeking en om met je te communiceren. Ze worden nooit gedeeld met derden.
Jouw rechten
Op grond van de AVG heb je het recht om je persoonsgegevens op elk moment in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Neem contact met ons op via hello@forgedepazy.com om deze rechten uit te oefenen.
